I cannot believe I fell for this scam. I ordered on Dec 2 and have not received my order. I have reached out several times and given the "your order will ship in 3-5 business days" bs. I have also requested that my order be refunded since the 3-5 business days passed and still no product but I was emailed back that my order had already processed. This is total fraud and I am informing American Express. I'm pretty sure they will refund my purchase but the company is still out there taking money from everyone else who thought they wanted "the best shower cap".

If I could give ZERO Stars I would. This is the 2nd time that this company, Shhhowercap has taken my money and NEVER shipped me my product. The first time I had hoped it was a fluke but now it’s the second time and STILL NO PRODUCT. DO NOT ORDER from them unless you just like throwing your money away to a company that won’t send you anything for it. This is clearly FRAUD. Why isn’t the BBB or US Mail filing fraud charges on this company?!?! Update: I did FINALLY receive an email from Shhhowercap today (12/28) that my order should ship within the next week. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻

Has anyone ever received a shower cap? Totally regretting my purchase! Ordered on Dec 4 and, like everyone else, I haven't received my product. Can our credit card companies help?

Same as everyone else here, they took my money ($54 for 1 shower cap) on November 11, 2022 and it’s December 27th we no product or refund. I’ve contacted the company multiple times asked for status updates as well as asked for a refund three times. Nothing but generic responses “your order will ship in 3-5 days” or no response at all.

The reviews are all true. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. I placed an order in June 2022. It is now December 23 2022. I never received my 2 shower caps. Yet they took my money. They never sent me a email explaining why there was a several month delay. RADIO SILENCE. IGNORED MY EMAILS AND OUTREACH. Like everyone else here — I have been scammed. I placed my order in early September. They took money immediately out of my account and the product was never delivered. Zero communication from company until I emailed inquiring about a delivery date on Sept. 29, 2022. I have since sent countless emails, with many requests for a full refund. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They responded and said I had been refunded, I of course, have not been, They have now fully stopped responding to my emails. As a small business owner this is super disheartening. Obviously a scam. I would suggest you all report Shhhowercap to The Better Business Bureau as well, and eventually karma will hold this terrible company accountable. But I’m not hopeful to ever see my money again, and will likely never place an order online with a small/lesser known company again because of this experience.

I really wish I had checked here before ordering. It’s been over six months since I placed my order. Like everyone else, they immediately billed me yet I couldn’t get an estimated delivery date. At first I fell for the supply chain excuse but they continue to advertise so this is just bs. I emailed asking for a full refund and today my card got hit with a multitude of fraudulent charges. I hope it’s just a coincidence but this really pisses me off. My credit card company caught it but that’s not the point.
