The height-adjustable grooming table was promptly shipped and arrived in perfect condition. I was pleasantly surprised by the sturdy construction and quality of finish: it's a very substantial table in every respect and an excellent value for the price.

Orders came fast and I’m very pleased with the products! When our package came damaged by the shipping company, the Shernbao customer support was extremely helpful. Mario answered to us very fast and sent us a replacement part for our product! He was absolutely fabulous.

The product we received is excellent. The only issue we had is they sent us 2 when we only ordered 1. They did pay to return the extra and issued us a refund. I would use them again.

I must say that Atlanta was as helpful as I’ve ever received before from any other company. She followed up on everything she said she would she went over and above to make sure I had the right information and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was correct.
