I had a problem with a subscription that was set up, which I did not want, and funds were taken from my account. However, I contacted Sheet Music Direct who apologised, refunded my money on the same day, and cancelled my subscription. Very unusual these days to get an issues resolved so quickly and efficiently.

I had a problem using my AppleID on their web site, trying to retrieve some pdf music I'd bought, so I emailed them, wondering if I'd ever see the music I'd paid for. Their support department responded and resolved the issue within 5 minutes! Amazing customer service! Will certainly be confident to buy from them again.

Great selection of music. I had a misunderstanding about what I was going to be charged for, and SMD responded immediately to both my phone call and email inquiry. They were great about refunding my $$$ when I explained that it hadn't been my intention to make a purchase.

I accidentally clicked the subscribe button when buying music last month. Yesterday noticed the renewal charge in my bank statement. Immediately emailed them and within 36 hours the whole matter sorted with a full refund. Fantastic service from them every time.
