I found a charge for Sheet Music which I did not purchase. I sent an email to Customer Service and was contacted immediately letting me know they were looking into it. The next day they had an answer as to what happened and why and it was resolved immediately. I am very impressed. This is a good, solid and reliable company. I had an issue with some sheet music I had purchased once and it was also resolved immediately.

I've always been very happy with my orders/purchases from SMD in the past, but I was really disappointed with my last purchase, which was the easy play version of Rachmaninoff's piano concerto in C minor. For some reason, in the preview, I wasn't able to see very much of the music or how many pages there were, only the first few bars were shown, but I had no reason, or so I thought, as I know the piece, to think it wouldn't be a satisfactory piece of music. I was so disappointed, when having paid £4.79, the number of sheets amounted to just 2. Not happy. Taking into consideration the size of this piece of music, I would have expected more than 2 pages. I was very unhappy and thought the amount charged for the skimpy 2 pages excessive, so I asked for a refund of my payment. Thanks to the prompt and kind response from SMD, I received a full refund and am really pleased that my complaint was dealt with so quickly and satisfactorily. Thank you SMD!!

Sheet Music Direct is simply the best option for buying/playing sheet music. The Pass subscription is an incredible value and their customer support is top notch!

Usually I can find the piano or piano/vocal arrangement I want. I like that it's easy to change the key. The style of printing makes it easy to read. I look for standards, show music and classical. Very often there are lots of available arrangements and including other instruments, since I have friends who play the flute or violin.
