It was eventually repaired. Each time I spoke to someone who could not speak English properly, the biggest problem was them taking down letters and numbers, they confused the z with x. Then, I could not file a claim online while on warranty, I had to call and deal with multiple people. Then after being shown as repaired, it sat there for a week until I called, and then it was shipped the next day.

Easy step by step process, fast shipping!

Bought an extended warranty for my Pro-Form Cross-trainer the legs have broken and I have been waiting OVER FOUR MONTHS for the parts! I have given up counting how many times I have had to email them for an update, only to be told ‘we are very sorry, we will chase the supplier for an update’ how can it take OVER FOUR MONTHS for parts to arrive? How do they think this is acceptable??? I have asked for a refund on my warranty as I am clearly never going to get my machine fixed ever! Warning to anyone with fitness equipment DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH SERVIFY they will happily take your money but have no intention of getting your machine fixed!

Had problems getting the web site to work on my galaxy phone. Took 2 months to get a claim filed. Techs were bo help. Always wanting more. Eg. Explanation, then another email wanting screen shots. Then another email wanting video. Finally got the website to work using my son in-laws Apple phone. Very disappointed. Also very difficult to understand Techs. Need more Clear English speaking people to tend the phones.

Every thing went smoothly, Staff is wonderful, also Loved the way they kept me updated, I give them 5 stars wish I could have given them. More, will recommend to my family and friends

Everyone was super nice and VERY FAST service, extremely happy with the service.

Slow response to activating my found device after mailing replacement device that I told them I didn't need. Also, slow turnaround on receiving credit on replacement device that was returned.

Overall service was fine. I had to repeatedly call in to get an update on my tablet. On the day I called in was when I found my tablet was being returned. Your company sent my tablet to a random address in Arlington heights IL instead of returning the tablet to my home. Nobody seemed to know how correct the situation that you caused either effectively or efficiently. Overall service was good, the return of my tablet was very poor on your end. I want to know how you will prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.
