Terrible Experience with Samsung Care+ by Servify.
I paid for Samsung Care+ when I got my new phone. Always have to have insurance, just incase something happens. Well this experience was completely awful. For the first time in a long time, I had broken my phone screen on my S23 Ultra 5G. I had to go through the insurance to get it replaced. I put all my information in, paid the deductible, and got my appointment date. I go to the repair shop, and they haven't received any information from my claim. I call, and they say they can't see that I have paid, and I need to pay again. We talk about it, and I send them a screenshot of me having paid said amount. They said they see it now, but they have to map out where the money went, and it would take 24-48 hours. Called days later, and they still needed time. Asked for a supervisor, and all supervisors were "busy" I would get a call back in 2-3 hours. No call till two days later. Go back and forth with these calls for a week, and i'm told I can take it back. Go back to the repair shop, and they still have nothing about my claim. Call again, and they tell me I need to wait more time. Two weeks later, I get an email about my claim being requested to be cancelled. I call them, and they tell me from having technical difficulties they had to cancel it, and I had to put in a new claim. They then tried to charge me an extra $70, because I previously put in a claim. Update: Six days after everything, I was supposed to have a refund in 1-2 business days from what a supervisor has told me for the initial claim I made that they cancelled, and I just received an email on 5/15 telling me I will be getting a refund in 5-7 business days. This is a terrible company to wait for.
