I filed a claim because I lost my phone. The response times were good, however, I find it unfair to pay a monthly fee for insurance and additionally a high co-payment to receive a refurbished phone, and not only that, the replacement I received had a damaged UW camera.

Very helpful and super easy also quick. They put of phone the that I had so they upgraded it for it so I didn't have to wait longer for it.
