Easy to install and helpful over the phone

My mom used this service several times in the past few years. Response was always very quick and efficient, communication with me was also quick and thorough. I am very glad we chose this service.

Mostly good experience. Did however get email about needing to authorize account by mail or e- signature. Thought I had already done it but no answer from company. I guess I'll see if we remain signed up or wether we will be cancelled by the company
