Got this for my mother who doesn't want to move from her house. It was easy to set up. The alert device was delivered within 2 days after order was placed. The lady who activated the device was very nice. She tested the device with my mother to insure she understood how it worked and that she could hear everything over the base station. She feels much safer knowing that if she has an emergency she can contact someone before I can get to her house.

We just activated the system. The operator was a little hard to understand I felt she was talking too loud. Even when we told her it wasn't very clear.

So far so good. We accidentally set the alert and they called my husband right way to see if he is ok. We explained it was set accidentally as I was helping him change his clothes. Highly recommend and no contract, monthly is low and can cancel any time too...
