Chris Lane FitnessReviews of chrislanefitness.com

A holistic and thoughtful approach to fitness and wellbeing What I appreciate about Chris Lane Fitness is the emphasis on fitness, nutrition, lifestyle and mindset together as one. As a martial arts teacher, I value an approach that looks beyond appearance and recognises the importance of everyday habits and lasting progress.

I’m a personal trainer and martial arts instructor for many years and I met Chris only few months ago in Arizona. His personalized coaching and structure have completely changed my approach to fitness and nutrition. Chris doesn't just provide a cookie-cutter workout plan; he takes the time to understand your specific goals, lifestyle, and challenges. If you are looking for a coach Chris is the absolute best choice.

Chris is a pro! You won’t regret working with him.

Chris is unlike any other in this field. His group classes were SO fun & extremely functional. I worked for him for several years & learned an incredible amount of knowledge i’ve used for a decade now. I’ve watched him grow his own brand & continue to admire and respect his approach and commitment to giving his 110% to every single athlete he works with. Chris takes his passion for wellness & does an incredible job sharing it - online, in person, in a class, at a conference, you name it!

Chris is a wealth of knowledge and so enjoyable to be around!

Chris is a knowledgeable fitness trainer, who cares about safety first before jumping in to lifting weights, teaches exercising properly!

From my first time in a real gym with a real goal, to now... 15 years later. Chris is still the only person I trust with health and fitness knowledge. He's focused and individually dedicated to everyone he works with.

There’s no body better than Chris. He is a fellow colleague in the fitness space and as a Coach I know a great Coach and he is top level!
