I ordered Senior Safety Cellular System with fall detection for my Dad. The order experience was very easy and customer service very knowledgeable. The system was very easy to set up, and the paperwork made it easy to establish the call tree I wanted, as well as the other important information such as cross street and key code for Dad's door lock for emergency personnel. Set up included tests for range and fall alert. This system replaced a very well known competitor that was more expensive and had lots of cellular signal reception problems. We are very happy with the Senior Safety system.

Very helpful and professional..

My dad recently had a heart attack and then a stroke. He is alone for several hours at a time. We ordered Senior Safety pendant to provide him an easy way to get help if he isn't feeling well. We selected the fall detector model to ensure that should he fall for any reason, someone will be alerted. We have tested it and he has set it off accidentally. Each time the response was prompt and courteous.

I feel so much more secure. I have tested the device in most of the areas that I knew had little cell coverage and have always heard from senior safety.
