I’ve recently purchased one heirloom book and about to order another. As a grandmother sometimes these creations are challenging, but with the help and support of a great team at SendHeirloom, I’ve been able to create a beautiful keepsake!

I ordered a video book. I received it and it would not charge once the battery died. When I contacted them, they sent out a replacement right away. The product is great and customer service is great as well.

I mistakenly read a bad review of a company with a similar name. As a result, when something went ‘wrong’ (which ended up being my email spam filter to blame) I was on edge. The head of the company personally reached out and smoothed things over and went out of her way to ensure the order was frictionless. It was really impactful. This is a solid company run by good people, highly recommend!!

I recently had an urgent need for several video books to be produced and shipped to our branch in Mexico. I reached out to SendHeirloom.com, and they absolutely delivered. Within just a couple of days, Heirloom printed beautiful video books, preloaded them with our company demo reels, and handled international shipping without a hitch. Our team in Mexico received the books right on time, and they made a stellar impression with our client. The communication, quality, and pricing from Heirloom were all outstanding — I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Whether you need video books for business presentations, weddings, or personal projects, I highly recommend Heirloom. They have their process dialed in, and the results speak for themselves. Thank you, Heirloom!

I have ordered two video books from Heirloom for business purposes. The online portal to design and customize books is easy to use and includes a fairly robust set of options, like uploading custom fonts. We need these to be on brand with our organization, and we can achieve that. So we'll continue to use Heirloom! We have had to work through customer service for a problem that was on our side of transaction, and customer service is responsive and kind ... couldn't ask for better. Highly recommend Heirloom Video Books!

I received a video book with a defect that didn’t shut off. Heirloom was very responsive and sent a new book already preloaded with our videos/pictures. They had great customer service!

I got my girlfriend a video book as a going away gift and the video book malfunctioned a few months later! She was devastated so I reached out to the customer service team and they were so attentive and made sure that our problems were resolved in a timely manner. Alyssa remedied our problems and even followed up a week later to ensure we were satisfied. It felt relieving knowing that she was a real person and not a robot. Thank you Alyssa!!
