The sauna and material supplied were all top of the line delivery and some missing parts took a lot longer than expected

Working with Alex Holman at Select Sauna's was a pleasure in selecting our sauna. His expertise concerning the various construction, woods, heaters and accessories were exceptional. He was also upfront and honest explaining the entire process to include the wait time and delivery expectations. Select Saunas offers very fair and competitive prices, especially considering the quality of the products they offer. We chose a traditional sauna made by Almost Heaven and its name is most appropriate! Absolutely love it!

Took forever to get my order, then it was delivered to the wrong address. Did have good customer service though he offered to give me a refund but I don't think he ever did.

decent price however wouldn't price match completely, product is super nice and very happy with purchase

The experience was very good. The communication with the selects team was outstanding. The only frustrating part was the delivery schedule that kept getting disrupted understandably but still it was frustrating. As I stated before the communication regarding the shipping delays was outstanding.

The customer service is terrible. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone by phone—they simply don't answer calls. I ordered two items; the tracking showed that both were supposed to arrive, but only one showed up.

Hey there, I'm really disappointed to see this review, as I just did some investigating to find out what happened. Your call came in only about two hours ago, and it’s not always realistic to expect an immediate response within that timeframe. If we’re already assisting another customer, we can’t answer additional calls at the same time. Labeling our service as “terrible” after such a short window is quite unfair. We encourage you to look at our other reviews, which reflect the level of service we consistently provide. We can identify your order on our end and are already looking into what may have happened with the second item. In many cases, shipments are split and arrive separately. The size of this 1-2 person elite is perfect for in-home use. Definitely a one person sauna, but more roomy than some of the “little box saunas” you see out there. Both myself and my teenage daughter are enjoying the infrared sauna with red light—me for better sleep and overall health and her for post-workout recovery and benefits! And—use your HSA dollars! Biggest challenge was putting the sauna together. Our two sides did not come together easily. But with my husbands help….we got the panels together. Also, I would highly recommend buying the backrest! We ended up ordering one later.
