Although I payed a lot of money for the premium coverage and therefore contribute to their salary, I had to wait days for someone of the "corporate" to get back to me. Well, nobody ever did. It was only after several attempts that I had some one in the authorization dept. on the phone who to said that my claim has apparently been denied(!) Don't waste your money!

Company is scamming people always find an excuse why not to pay out claims.

This company sold me the premium warranty promising that if I had a breakdown it would be covered. 5 months and 8k miles I started getting a shudder in the tranny. took it to the dealer who I purchased it from who diagnosed it as the torque converter. They submitted it to SAP and we waited for the approval only to be denied. They said it was denied because I was still driving the vehicle. Stating I was required to leave the vehicle at the repair shop. I explained the contract stated that I “May be required to leave the vehicle” Nobody and nobody said I had to leave the vehicle at the shop, even the claim rep knew I was still driving it. The car is still drivable and driving it doesn’t effect the issue. I fulfilled my part of the contract but SAP did not. Just another corrupt company stealing $$$$ from the rest of society. looks like all the good reviews are from people who have not fooled a claim.

They are a bunch of crooks!!!! My power steering went out and they didn't say that electric steering wasn't covered. Why didn't they tell me that 2 days after I contacted them, I had to submit maintenance records/ which I did. I rented a car for 3 weeks til they told me it was not cover. 3 WEEKS!!!!

Fraud fraud and smart fraud. Not sure where these ok reviews came from but I can assure you mostly employees friends and colleagues so to make it short they don’t pay for anything and when you ask for your contract refund they basically try to avoid paying you or as I’ve I seen with many reviews they pay a fraction of the amount like 10cent on the dollar so basically they are a professional scammer who make you buy and never pay you back for anything and people start realizing and lawsuits started so for whoever trying to buy their fraudulent warranty stop and check their reviews not only on one site but go deep because you’ll find the horrific frauds they do so warning warning and lots of warning.

This company is the craziest SCAM that I ever fell victim to. I purchased A platinum warranty after being promised that they would cover practically everything. When I had issues, they made excuses for not paying out (I called before having my car sent to a repair shop, and they would take care of it). The claim was denied even though I spoke to an agent for pre-approval, who told me to send the car to the repair shop so the work could be performed. I wanted to cancel, but I was told I would not get back the total amount I paid for the coverage. I called them recently for a second claim that has been denied approval, and I am not getting an apparent reason for it! BUYER BEWARE!!! Please do not pick them up! I don't see how they have managed to stay in business for any amount of time

On or about Jan 3rd, we initiated a service plan with this company. Upon doing additional research, we changed our mind and canceled Jan 6th. We were told by the staff they would cancel and refund our monies in full within 7 to 10 business days. It is now 14 businesses days and we have yet to receive our funds. At this time, based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
