I have previously rated them as a one, because no one contacted me on multiple attempts. a couple of days later Mike returned my phone calls and apologized that he had been out sick. I would give Mike a 5 star rating, but because of the rest of the staff not seeming to care or not informing me that he was out, I can only give them an average rating.

Like about the coverage offered after the factory warranty expires plus 1000 miles. I have just purchased the coverage. I don't have any previous experience about the company or claim settlement.

Called Company for road service, never received email confirmation of policy. It was Christmas Holiday, she could not find me by my very unique name or phone number, advised me to call sales dept next business day. Matt called me next business day and apologized, sent confirmation account was and is valid. Not sure about that receptionist.

It offers a great price for the amount of mileage/years and what it covers. Every person I spoke to was very courteous and professional. There are a couple of things that I was not happy about. I took my car into get serviced on a Friday and my mechanic tried to contact Select Auto Protect (SAP) but couldn't get a hold of them. He didn't get in contact with them until the following Monday only to find out they weren't covering the work that was done. I missed a day of work and I had to pay (I looked on my contract and didn't understand why). Someone did get back to me quickly and to make things right they were sending me a portion of the bill. However, I waited for 3 weeks and had to contact (SAP) again because I never got the check. I received the check a few days later. As mentioned everyone I spoke/emailed to was professional and courteous so I am hoping that these issues were a one time thing.
