These are a good quality set of knives. I like the thin design that allows for faster cutting, as well as the ergonomic shape of the handles. My favorites are the slicing knife, the chef knife, and the chopper.

I am extremely happy with these knives. They are excellent quality. I had a recent experience with their customer service. One of the decorative pieces fell out of my fillet knife handle. I sent an email with a photo and received a quick response and a replacement knife within a few weeks.

As one who has many knives I find myself needing to get new knife Rolls on occasion. The one I bought here at Seido Knives is the best I've seen and the best I have. Very satisfied. Its pricy but to me it is worth it.

I love my Kiritsuke knife. I purchased it months ago but I am only writing a review now because I wanted to test the knife first and see how it will hold up and I can say that it is indeed a high quality knife. I only had to sharpen it once since I bought it. Also the handle is sooo pretty.

I disliked the product , asked for a refund , which they kept 20% for restocking (fine i guess) but they also kept the 15% tax on the purchase. Stay away from them Quality seemed very bad and knife was poorly sharpened

Please note that our 20% restocking fee is a standard policy, and as stated on our return/refund page, we do not accept responsibility for additional charges such as customs clearance, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country. Regarding maintenance, our knives come with factory edges and require proper care. Regular maintenance is essential to keep the knives in optimal condition. They can be sharpened to your preferred level, but please ensure they are not subjected to improper handling such as using a dishwasher.
