The set of knives I have received are fantastic and the support team was understanding and prompt with my situation. I will recommend this company to my family and friends. These knives are truly the best that I have used. Thank you!!

The quality of the knives I purchased is absolutely incredible. The handles are designed extremely well and fit the hand very comfortably. The blades are durable and very sharp. Customer service is also very good. They are very expensive, but the quality is such they should last forever.

I have ordered four products from Seido Knives, and all have more than met my expectations. I've asked questions and they've been answered promptly and thoroughly.

The forging patterns were printed on. No joke. These aren't even real. When I asked to return them, I got the 20% restocking fee and having to pay shipping. I never should have trusted the 100% satisfaction guarantee. That's what I get for trying a new company for good knives.

I understand that you are dissatisfied with the forging patterns on your knives, and I apologize for any confusion. I would like to clarify that we offer both Stainless Steel Knives with Damascus etched blades and Damascus blades in our product range. It seems there might be a misunderstanding, and I would like to assure you that our product details clearly specify the type of blades each set contains. I encourage you to check the product descriptions for the items you purchased to confirm the specific features of your knives. Regarding your request for a return, I want to assure you that our return instructions are publicly posted on our website, and they outline the process for returns and exchanges. Two emails to request return. Phone number in US only receives messages. Chat Line '2 minutes wait for agent' now 30 minutes. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO RETURN WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. Bought a shears which said Japanese steel but the box says made in China be very careful ordering from them. There's a 20% restocking fee plus you have to pay for shipping. They're a scam. You can't write reviews on their website

Upon reviewing our product information on our website, it is advised that our knives should be hand-washed only. Unfortunately, dishwasher usage can lead to rusting and other issues. We regret any confusion or inconvenience caused by this. It's important to note that our warranty does not extend to normal signs of wear, rust, damage, breakage, or other similar issues resulting from improper use or maintenance. We encourage our customers to follow the care instructions provided to ensure the longevity of our products.
