Their systems are as antique as the Model T Ford. It is nearly impossible to deal with them. They are very unhelpful. I believe all their support is provided out of China, and it is nearly impossible to communicate with them if you have a problem. I strongly suggest using another consolidator who will undoubtedly be more helpful and accommodating.
