Well! Where does one start! Let’s go with customer service - it’s non existent. The entire Secret Veener LTD correspondence is left to one person who has no ability to articularte herself and has no professionalism whatsoever. They state they reply within 24-48 hours - this is not the case. Now let’s move on to social media - It would be fair to say that social media is where the majority of their advertising is done. They rely heavily on customer feedback to sell their product which dupes a lot of people into purchasing their product - I mean, it totally duped me. This is because I have recently found out that even though they’re at a snails pace to reply to enquiries about existing orders, they’re like Usian Bolt at deleting any sort of negative feedback! Super quick!! Instead of acknowledging they have not abided by their USP and promise of the service they offer, apologise and try to rectify issues - the ‘Staff’ (I say that lightly after doing a significant amount of research on Secret Veeners LTD via Companies House and public records), turn into playground girls who attack then block you. As it’s been over the 14 days and I am yet to receive my product, I will be arguing the payment with my credit card company and ripping them apart if they try to argue. I received a lot of DMs from angry customers who saw my exchange with them before they deleted and blocked l. I am actually quite disturbed by the company and the way they reflect themselves. Spend your money on a reputable company. Don’t be duped. Don’t be taken advantage of.

Hi there after searching our database we do not have a client with the name Nagem, thank you for your FAKE review!
I am not eligible for real veneers and dental treatment would cost thousands and take years. Secret veneers have literally helped in so many ways and am now able to smile confidently. They look great! I would advise colour A1.

Absolute sham of a company. Sent first impressions in wrong colour. Then sent out a further 2 sets but didn't fit. All sets were ill fitting. I had to chase up extra kits and it sometimes took weeks for them to respond. Once they have your money they don't care. It took 7 weeks for a replacement set after original complaint! Then a further 4 weeks for the next set after that, this issue is still ongoing after purchasing in June!! They tend to lie and tell you your order has been dispatched to then a week later chase it up to be told it wouldn't be ready until next week!! I requested a refund but they won't permit it, even though the veneers can't be made to fit my teeth, this isn't my problem!! Citizens advice and trading standards are involved. Don't believe the reviews, this is not a customer focused company its all about £££££££

Hi Louise, first of all let me explain again; ordering secret veneers a handmade product is a lengthy process for some and that is not something we hide. As this is a handmade product which is made from the impressions you take yourself we admit on our website their are some cases that won't fit first time. Its a problem that arises with such a unique product as this. But we always go above and beyond to rectify the issues and we send a new impression kit for free and start again. Many things can affect the fit of your veneers, the main issue being the impression you provide us with, because these veneers fit exactly to your existing teeth, the impressions need to be perfect. this is both frustrating for us the technical team and you the client. But we then work with the new impression against the old ones to try and see where the anomalies have occurred and we keep working with you until you have the perfect veneer. As you can imagine this is a lengthy process which we never hide the fact and you signed our terms and conditions agreeing you understood this at the start so I am confused that it is such a shock to you. I have today sent you another impression kit to check why again they do not fit you, and rectify the issues. Once we get a veneer that fits you we will provide you with a free spare set of veneers in any colour. I strongly disagree that we secret veneers ltd are a company all about the money, we give away as many free sets of veneers as possible some months this is 20 sets to people who are less fortunate than ourselves. We call these people our heroes, they range from people who have had their teeth removed due to radiotherapy to victims of domestic abuse. You can see our charity work and heroes here https://www.secretveneers.com/our-vision We work very closely with trading standards who are very happy we are following all the correct procedures, if we weren't we would be closed down. Citizens advice bureau are very happy we have the consumer rights act 2015 on our website and their telephone number for clients who would like more information. If I can be of any further help please contact me directly Amy Dowdeswell CEO.
Their veneers are amazing! They fit perfect and are high quality, I've had mine for a year now and they still look brand new. They're also very affordable and this company has the best customer service, they are all so friendly and helpful :)
