My smile has always been a confidence issue from as young as I can remember, with gaps in my teeth I’d always put my hand over my face if I went to laugh and talking to people caused me very bad anxiety. I stumbled across secret veneers and all I can say is WOW. They have boosted my self esteem and not only that made me feel so much happier with how I look. Highly recommended!!

I was sceptical about ordering these with so many scams about but this is one of the BEST decisions I have made. Really really happy with my new teeth and also the service I have received. Dont just take my word for it Buy them for yourself and find out I will never look back

I had a huge gap which always left me self conscious. I would never smile with my mouth open or laugh too hard because I didn't want to show my gap. Now I'm smiling more than ever! You don't know how much the veneers has changed my life! Thank you!

So my experience started off great, I see an advert online for £100.00 off - Fab! I messaged them on Facebook on the 02/12 asking if I purchased would I get the veneers back before Christmas? They told me "Yes as long as we get the impressions back this week asap!" - So I went ahead and brought on this advise! I then got my impression in the post on the 05/12, I completed the impressions and sent them back next day delivery - So they would of recieved them on the 07/12 (Still within the timescale they had told me via Facebook) - I then messaged them on Facebook again to explain that I needed them back before Christmas (As previously advised) or certinaly before the 08/01, as I was leaving the country for a year - I was told "Okay but I don't know when you will get it so I don't know when they will arrive, they will be ready by the time you go travelling". This then rang alarm bells for me, as they was now backtracking on what previously told me, but they said would be here before I left so I just accepted. Fast forward to the 16/12 (The next time I hear anything from them) which is an email saying along the lines of "We recieved your impressions and your veneers will be with you on the 09/01"!!!! I then messaged them on Facebook and sent them emails on the 16/12, had an message back on Facebook saying that I needed to email a different email - Which I then did, waited the 72 hours like I was told, what a surprise, still no reply!! Had to chase them again, then they replied and apologised and told me they would cancel my order and refund me MINUS £15.00 for a bank charge, and that I should basically be lucky they aren't charging me £35.00 for the impressions as well! I disputed the charge, why should I be out of pocket for their mistake?! A lot of backwards and forwarding later - I FINALLY get my full refund today! Moral of the story - Don't listen to everything they say, as they tell you lies to get you to purchase, then say they DIDN'T misell anything!! I'll await my sarcastic reply to make out like everything above is all lies! ********************************* REPLY to secretvenners - That’s ok :) just wanted your future customers to know that your company lies! As to your comment “we offered to ship them anywhere in the world for FREE” is a bizarre lie that you NEVER offered, I actually have all of the correspondence on record. It would have saved you a lot if your company just admitted in the first instance you was wrong, and stop trying to pin point the blame elsewhere. You lie to get people to buy your product and just hope they don’t care about the lies. Train your staff better and think about some nicer replies (less sarcastic) replies for your future customers to see - if you get them 😊

Received my Secrete Vaneers a day earlier than expected, which obviously is a great thing! Little getting used to but after a few days I feel used to them already, had to wait a little longer than expected due to the first set not being up to standard at final checks in the lab..but I would rather wait for them to be perfect than send them back and forth! well worth the wait! Very happy with them, response times via the instragram pages was also very good. Even late in the evening. Anyone sitting on the fence about ordering just do it! Mine was more of a wanting whiter teeth without potentially damaging them with a whiting kit rather than my teeth not looking nice. The whiteness give you that extra confidence !

Finally bit the bullet and ordered a set of A1 back in October, honestly I have 0 regrets! For anyone that is unhappy with their smile to be able to have that confidence is pretty amazing. Service was easy you do your mould and send it back and they are delivered a few weeks later, I found the whole process easy. Of course you need to get used to talking in them anyone that’s ever had braces ect will understand that, you feel normal again after around a week. I thought people might notice it took me a few days to take them out for a test drive, but all feedback has been positive with most people apart from close friends just thinking I had them whitened. So on in all I would recommend Secret Veneers great company offer a fantastic product :)

Have been waiting since the 15 th October for replacement veneers as the set I have are 2 years old and cracked I thought they would have at least been with me for my works Christmas party on the 4 th December nope still not here when I email weekly I get the same reply they will be with me next week only for them to never materialise this behaviour has seriously knocked my confidence and I’m so frustrated at the the 50 working days I have already waited instead of the 15 working days advertised and promised not good enough extremely upsetting

I received my set of veneers yesterday I waited no Longer than the 14 working days any time I Messaged them I always got a reply my veneers fit like a glove over the moon with them Didn't Realise how much I hate My Natural teeth until I Take these Out .. Thank you secret veneers I Have my smile back
