Received my order with one of the bottles cap broken. Called the company left voice message, emailed. Its been over 3 days, no response.

Taking longer than expected to receive products.

Hello I love your products and would have given a 5 star rating but they sent me the wrong quantity of 2, for Jalepeno versus what I desired (The Habenero). Please fix my order.

A little disappointing compared to a local version. Strong vinegar taste, minimal blackberry and minimal roasted red pepper tastes. Tried to save some money and get a larger size than local, but in this case "no cigar!"

I bought 6 bottles for Christmas gifts. When I tried to use the discount code, it was not working for me so I emailed to inquire. I was hoping for a friendlier response then "The code is working, I'm not sure why you're not able to.". Nonetheless, I tried to order on another computer and it worked. Not sure if I will order again. Hopefully the associate is having a better day then the day I contacted this company.
