Every order I place at giant broomall pa I seem to get short handed many items. I mean how can you not include everything I get charged for . It takes days to get a refund . Last order was last straw, I’m done with giant delivery . Would not use . Going to try Acme service . I have been shorted many items on last 5 on line orders .

We purchased meat from Giant at Burke center parkway in Burke VA. yesterday for today' s use. w open the package, it smelled horribly like dead animal. we took it back to the store the person in customer service argued and accused us of lying and said we didn't purchase from their store. after a fight we got a new package. when we got home and open the package, again it smelled bad like dead animal. DON'T BUY MEAT FROM GIANT, THEY SELL BAD MEAT.

I’m a current employee at Giant and I don’t understand their Grow Care Belong headline. The more I work here the less I feel like I generally mattered.

My order was scheduled for 1 - 2 pm. It did not come. There was nothing online. I called customer service and was told the driver did not want to deliver my water and took the order back to the store. Giant did not contact me. Customer Service told me they would send the order again. It came around 4 pm. The delivery service is not satisfactory with third party delivery. It was much better when Giant had the delivery truck. Third party drivers are not prepared with carts to bring orders to customers.

This iss a mess of a grocery store. Over priced, under stocked and expired goods. or some reason the have no small shopping carts that are not convenient for the over 40 percent o the population in the New Hope pa area that are single or need to pickup a half of dozen items. I was told that all the small carts are out for repair...? I have used them in the last 5 months and had no problem with most other then a noisy wheel. here and there. I think this is a line of BS trying to get you to get a bigger cart to get more over priced crap in them. I'm willing to drive an extra 6 miles to ACME then deal with the greedy Dutch!

I ordered two platters from the Kentlands Giant three days in advance of my party. When arriving to pick them up my husband was told there was no order received. He had printed out the confirmation email and gave that to the deli worker, who apologized and asked him to return in an hour. EVEN WITH PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS THE ORDER WAS FILLED COMPLETELY WRONG! We had to accept them at that point since it was too late for anything else. Severely disappointed.
