Secolari Artisan Oils & VinegarsReviews of secolarievoo.com

Sent one out out of two products was wrong. This is my 3rd notice with no response. Very poor service.

The maple flavor in the maple balsamic was so overpowering we couldn't use it. It didn't even taste like balsamic.

I haven't received my order yet. Was hoping to receive it much faster than this. I have yet to see what condition it arrives in and whether it arrives at all. The order was placed 8 days ago. I am out of town and ordered it to be delivered to the address where I am staying. It is possible that I will be leaving before this order even arrives. Not satisfied at all.

Ordered 6/25,post office received 7/1. 5 days to process order? And was shorted 1.3 oz of salt I ordered ! No response to my complaint by Secolari

Products are delicious and delivery was very fast. The bottles came very well wrapped- no risk of breakage. Can't wait to get back into the store for tastings!

I love thier products. The ordering process was not user friendly. I had a coupon and there were discounts promised on website and not applied. I called their order number and was told they could not help me. When I received a thank you email from owner I replied back about lack of credit, no one bothered to contact me.

I never received my items. I placed my order in December.

I placed the order on 29 November. Have not received the oils, and have not received email giving status of shipping. So not happy at this point!
