I didn’t get the chair I ordered. It didn’t have all the features listed in the description and they didn’t answer my emails.

I made two trips to your website, called and no one could help...didn't answer phone. Your website would only allow Paypal payment even though your site shows you take credit cards???? Lucky for you my wife had a Paypal account or I would have chosen someone else to purchase the chair through. Now, let's hope everything else goes fine....

2nd update...I was informed that my partial refund was “in process” back on 7/22...it is 8/10 and the refund has still NOT appeared on my credit card. Do NOT buy a chair from this website!!! I have sent several emails and keep getting the run around. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase. My credit card was immediately charged the day order was placed and over a month later the wrong chair arrived..I immediately returned it over two months ago and I am still waiting for my money back. Not only have I waited 2 months after the chair was returned, I was told I would only receive a partial refund. At this point, I am concerned I will not receive any money back. Learn from my mistake...Do NOT purchase anything from this Seatingmind. ***Update: I have received a response after posting this review. A refund is “in process” per seating mind, but I was sent the incorrect chair and they are only providing a refund of $287.20 when the chair cost me $359. Still waiting for an explanation To understand how being shipped the incorrect chair cost would cost me $71.80. Very disappointing. Do not purchase a chair from this company. I ordered a chair back in April...finally received a chair late May and it was not the chair I ordered. I immediately returned the chair and still have not received a refund even after several emails. From what I have experienced, this company is a scam

I ordered a chair online in April, the initial order was based on the price for a good quality "refurbished" office chair. After I had placed the order I saw many posted negative reviews. It took almost a month before my chair was shipped, which made me nervous. When I finally did receive the chair it arrived in a damaged box with dirty rollers and my extra wheels simply loose. After some cleanup and Preventative Maint the chair IS worth the buy. SO... I am hoping that this new order experience will run smoother and eventually provide a quality (albeit refurbished) chair.

At the beginning of May 2020 I placed an order from seatingmind.com for Aeron Herman Miler refurbished chair. I paid to the website and received a message that due to Covid shipments are delayed and it may take a week longer to deliver. When May turned to June I started getting worried and reading more reviews of the website. Many people left poor reviews, saying the site was a scam. On the day I went to download a dispute form to try and get money back I got notification that my chair was shipped! I received my chair in a huge box with no paperwork and in perfect condition. I am giving four stars because communication could be better and setting expectations is helpful. Thank you for a great chair at half the cost!!!

The website was easy to use but when i tried to call. i could not leave a message because the mailbox was full. The order also did not give me an expected shipping and delivery date.

Chair looks new. Super comfortable, with a small footprint which is great for a tight space. Was delivered already assembled, and only took two days. Very happy with my purchase.

I cancelled my order 1 day later because I changed my mind. The item naturally had never shipped but I was still only partially refunded to the tune of a 10% fee for literally no service rendered to me! At no point during the purchase journey is a cancellation fee clearly disclosed. The cancellation fee is only mentioned deep in the terms of service typically reserved on other websites for other purposes. Even in the terms of service it doesn't have a primary heading. In addition, the terms state "We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately or even retroactively upon the posting thereof." For all I know, the terms disclosed changed after the fact, although obviously this is not how an agreement works.
