Worst experience, customer service don’t care you spend hundreds of dollars in there business and it takes weeks to come I still have not received my item this is now three weeks later.I called and they basically said they know it unacceptable but still no package at my door.

I had an issue with a recent order and because of the impeccable customer service that I have received, I will never hesitate to shop with Scout & Nimble in the future!

I ordered a single counter stool to see if it would work in my new home. It was NOT cheap ! The color was off and I tried to return it and was told that "freight items are not returnable." We recently moved into a new home in February of this year and subsequently, no stores were open due to Covid-19. I have ordered from many online stores trying to furnish my home. I have ordered from Overstock, Ballard Designs, Perigold, Wayfair, and Birch and Lane. ALL of these companies have accepted returns without any difficulty. BEWARE!!! I am stuck with a single counter stool that cost over 500 dollars! Sam, Thank you for your reply. There is nothing wrong with the chair. It just doesn’t match. I didn’t realize it was non returnable. The customer service experience was not good as I was told by two different representatives that they would call me back and I never received a call. The representatives were not professional and after I gave them my order number she proceeded to ask me my address etc. I started to give it and then asked “Don’t you have that information?” She said she wasn’t logged in. Then proceeded to tell me she would call me back and never did. The other experience was very similar. Finally, today I was told I could not return it. At least I wasn’t given the run around. If anyone wants a Loom Counter Stool (Sand) that has never been used I will be happy to give you a good deal!

This was probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Diana particularly was attentive, efficient, kind and such a great communicator. We had an issue with the furniture size and it was resolved professionally and in a timely manner, even in the midst of COVID19 restrictions. She went above and beyond and we are very impressed. With service like this we will definitely order from scout and nimble again.

I had ordered and received a mirror purchased from Scout and Nimble I had been wanting to purchase for some time, upon receiving it, I opened the box and discovered that the mirror had sustained some defects. I place a call to customer service and Diana Harris was assigned to my ticket. I was instructed and proceeded to take and send her pictures of said mirror and original packaging materials. Diana proceeded in contacting and forwarding the pictures to the manufacturer and kept me current on the status of my claim. After review of the pictures and other information, the manufacturer ultimately decided to replace the mirror. I believe that Diana was instrumental in ensuring that my case was handled satisfactory. Nobody wants to go through the process of receiving and dealing with damaged goods but Diana made it as painless as possible, I certainly appreciated the fantastic customer service that she provided me with. After deciding on a new sofa for our living room I was thrilled to find it on sale at Scout and Nimble for a better price than several competitors. I was nervous though to make such a large purchase from a company I was not familiar with. I called late one evening and was pleasantly surprised to get an answering service who had a rep promptly call me back and answer my questions. As the sale was ending soon I decided to take the plunge. The next morning I called to confirm my shipment would be on time due to COVID and once again received immediate and exceptional service and was given a detailed explanation for how the freight shipment process would work. My sofas shipped quickly, and the delivery process was simple and streamlined and arrived when expected. I encountered an unusual issue with one item so contacted customer service. They went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me in this unexpected circumstance, even sending a local professional out to assess. I was so worried I would be told I was out of luck, but that was simply not the case. Claire and Sam went above and beyond to rectify the situation, and knowing the company stands behind its products and reputation I am confidently eyeing a few more pieces on their website to purchase in the near future.

This company has by far the best customer service I have ever encountered before. I purchased a large furniture item at a great price in February. Due to Covid and the shutdown my furniture piece sat in a warehouse for weeks. The customer service department checked in every week on my behalf to see when the shipment carrier would reopen to deliver my furniture in New York. I have never experienced such a level of dedication and would recommend this company to anyone.

Great customer service. Really prompt with responses whenever I have questions. Very empathetic.
