Diana Harris was very professional, but more importantly very friendly. Diana, helped with sending information detailing my order that's in transit, and that eased my mind knowing that my piece of furniture was on its way to me..

Diana was such a pleasure to work with! She was understanding, professional, had a very quick response time, and resolved everything as soon as she possibly could. Thank you Diana!

I would like to know the expected delivery date at the time of order. Other than that so far seems fine. A bit early to ask for reviews since I have not received the product & do not know delivery and packaging. Both are big in rating online services. Your website is very user friendly.

Your website listed the item as in Stock, after I purchased the item I received an email saying its discontinued!

I'm sorry to hear this. While we strive to keep product availability up-to-date, stock changes quickly! Our team sends an update as soon as possible if we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason. In this scenario, we were notified that the item is no longer being produced. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! – Diana
Our dining table arrived and unpacked with a major manufacturing error. Diana went above and beyond and it make all the difference out of a disappointing and difficult situation with the product. She was empathetic and responsive, being proactive with communications to us and working through all the ambiguity between the shipper and the manufacturer rep. Your even more loyal Scout and Nimble customer, due to a great Customer Service!

Diana was super kind, helpful, and efficient at helping figure out the lead time for our pitcher vase and encouraging the vendor to move the shipping process along. I am very thankful for her patience.
