I wouldn’t change insurance companies for any amount of money. They provide excellent service and the customer service representatives are awesome!!!

Eric listened to my complaint, and realized that could have been a technical error on the website, immediately took action to try and get my account restored. He called me the next day to confirm it was, in fact, a technical snafu. I am so grateful for his attention and integrity!

I applied to this car insurance because of the cheap quote. I instantly received coverage and didn't have to worry about having a physical card on me because I downloaded it from my account page. My boyfriend and I got pulled over (nothing serious) and the trooper took my phone to verify I was covered. After 6 months my payment went down a few dollars. Now it has been a year and they sent me this cool solar powered charging dock and an air freshener since I've been a loyal customer. So far I'm loving this!

Say Insurance is so great because my premium is low enough that I forget I am paying it but have the peace of mind of great coverage and benefits! Takes a lot of the thinking out of owning a car.

Raising the price of my insurance after every renewal is really aggravating, especially when it's based on a "points" system that mysteriously drops.

I don't need as much contact from a car insurance company as I receive from Say Insurance. I recently found a FedEx sticker on my front door directing me to go to Walgreens to retrieve a package. I hand't been expecting anything and was concerned it was a scam. I called Walgreens and they looked at the package; it was from Say Insurance and was plastered with Happy Birthday apparently because I had been with Say Insurance for 1 year. Nice gesture however my insurance premium went up 10% without any claims and I guess my thought is I could have done without the price increase or the present.
