Its being very expensive.

I’ve been with Say since September 2018, and the costs have steadily increased. I’ve never had a claim, yet my bill has gone from $85 a month to $100. I’ve never had to use their services, since I’ve never had an accident, so I have no idea if they are good or not at responding to a claim. This is my reward for being a loyal customer and a competent driver? I may have to find somewhere cheaper...

I"m Say Insurance customer for 2.5 years.I have clean driving records. I was completely satisfied before but now it starts increasing the premiums every time I renew the insurance terms. When I talk to them they says it's a nationwide raise, there are more accidents in your area, and so on other reasons. So be aware of that and talk to them in advance. It looks cheaper in the starting period but completely unsatisfied later,

I was a faithful customer for 3yrs. I called to get a quote for my son. The agent misunderstood me & assumed that my son lived with me. I received a notice that I had to show proof that my son does not live with me. He couch surfs. Its almost impossible to show his residence anywhere. Because of that Say isn't going to renew my policy. Also someone filed a 3rd party claim on me. This claim should have been denied by say insurance. It wasn't. Either way because of this 1. 1 claim in 3yrs. They felt it necessary to raise my insurance.. Not just a little but doubled it. I'm very disappointed in Say the way they treat their loyal customers. Beware they will flip on you the minute they can. They are not loyal to their customers.

I don't need as much contact from a car insurance company as I receive from Say Insurance. I recently found a FedEx sticker on my front door directing me to go to Walgreens to retrieve a package. I hand't been expecting anything and was concerned it was a scam. I called Walgreens and they looked at the package; it was from Say Insurance and was plastered with Happy Birthday apparently because I had been with Say Insurance for 1 year. Nice gesture however my insurance premium went up 10% without any claims and I guess my thought is I could have done without the price increase or the present.

I love the prices the only thing I don’t like is the flexibility with the payments. The due date doesn’t work for me and you can’t change it so that part is very inconvenient as a customer.
