Security concerns

I tried it shortly and didn't care for the system. However, my concern is that within a few days, my credit monitoring found my email and SSN on the "dark web," whatever that is. I wouldn't have left a review, but the timing is suspicious, and I have never had a data breach like this prior to the free trial. I cannot verify, so my review is not based on that alone. I like the idea of the program, but its complexity and security concerns pushed me away.

Good Morning! We appreciate the honest review. I wanted to ease some stress that finding out your SSN was found on the dark web. And I want to assure you that the notification that you received from your credit monitoring has nothing to do with using SaneBox. Personal information being shown on the dark web is caused by company leaks. Normally the credit monitoring company will alert you of what companies have had data breaches. If you look at that list, you'll notice that SaneBox is not listed. That is because our #1 priority is to secure our customer's data. That is why SaneBox is not free because we do not sell your information and we spend a lot on security. You may have received that notification because of a recent data breach that has gone public recently. See below: August 19, 2024 / 9:51 AM EDT / CBS News "A new lawsuit is claiming hackers have gained access to the personal information of "billions of individuals," including their Social Security numbers, current and past addresses and the names of siblings and parents — personal data that could allow fraudsters to infiltrate financial accounts or take out loans in their names. The allegation arose in a lawsuit filed earlier this month by Christopher Hofmann, a California resident who claims his identity theft protection service alerted him that his personal information had been leaked to the dark web by the "nationalpublicdata.com" breach. SaneBox was exactly what I needed!
SaneBox was exactly what I needed! My inbox was overflowing with emails and no matter how much time I spent deleting, I couldn't get through them all. SaneBox organizes them reliably and it's very easy to use.

a practical tool
a practical tool for dealing with the flood of e-mails without losing track and freeing up as much space as possible in your e-mail inbox. You have to trust the provider, as they have full access to the mailbox, but this is also the case with Sparkmail, for example.

Time Saver and Sanity Saver
SaneBox is intuitive, customizable, and always has an incredible support team on deck! Gone are the days where I hit the "Unsubscribe" button countless times from email marketing campaigns. I am actually excited to read my emails again! I highly recommend this service, it is worth every penny for your inbox and your sanity.
