Fantastic ordered the SY26-11 one day and received the next. Easy to assemble and great to use, thoroughly enjoying the electric bike experience. Good looking bike and seems well made. Found instructions online on how to change settings on screen which is a help changing from km/h to mph

i placed my order and got a delivery date . i was happy that it arrived on that date and was well packed and easy to assemble . i did not receive any up date on delivery from the time i placed the order until it was delivered . it looks well and pleased with its performance in the short time i have it . very happy so far and have no problem recommending it .good service.

I ordered replacement brakes and the order didn't ship. After 3 weeks I emailed and was asked to take a picture of the bike? Why not just send the product I've paid for? I get a reply saying it will then be shipped ASAP. It has now shipped after another two weeks. 5 weeks after placing the order and I still don't have it. Let's hope it shows up now that it's shipped.

Consegna veloce e puntuale

la bike è arrivata senza che mancasse nulla per terminare di assemblarla. ora è perfettamente funzionante. è arrivata in tempi brivi. l unico problema me l ha dato lo spedizioniere in Italia, la Fedex che mi ha rinviato la consegna di diversi giorni e sono dovuto andare io a ritirarla
