Let me star off by saying that the stove is absolutely gorgeous. I purchased a ZLINE Autograph Edition package bundle with a range hood dishwasher and a pot filler. My problem is with customer service, I was unaware of the back order for the pot filler, I got the wrong finish color, and my grill still has not come. I called sent emails all I got was the run around. I'm hopeful to get everything b4 "Thanksgiving"

The kitchen faucet was just what we were looking and looks great. However I deducted 1 star because you wouldn’t ship direct to Hawaii. So I had to arrange alternate shipping. Thanks
