Had an excellent shopping experience with RugPal. The only issue was that FedEx left the rug at our door without requesting a signature at delivery as we requested at time of order.

I found their customer service truly outstanding from initial questions on the site about a rug to prompt delivery. Prices are great for quality rugs. Direct contact with company about change in delivery could not have been better. I will definitely buy from RugPal again.

Awesome better looking in person than on the computer

The rug is beautiful, well made and very sturdy. It fits in front of the door perfectly. It was easy to order on Rugpal and it arrived very quickly and was packaged appropriately of the weather.

The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.
