My whole experience with RTA wood cabinets was wonderful. My designer was super patient with me and she helped me to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. I am so pleased with the quality of the cabinets too! Highly recommend this company.

Thank you, Judith! We’re so glad you had a great experience with our design team and are happy with the quality of your cabinets. We appreciate the recommendation!
Zack made the cabinet buying experience exceptional! He was communicative, prompt & flexible and assisted with a myriad of changes until things were just right. The assembly was fairly straightforward. More detailed instructions beyond pictures would have been nice but not critical since assembly isn’t too complicated (more instructions on hinge assembly would have been helpful). The quality of the cabinets exceeded my expectations & I am so pleased that I trusted the RTA Wood Cabinet Store with my kitchen remodel.

Thanks John for your continued business over the past few years, We truly appreciate your support. Pricing has increased across the industry, but we're glad you're still happy with the quality and fast delivery.
Overall, I am pleased to have purchased these cabinets for one of my rentals. I am disappointed with the fact that the instructions are not clear on the assembly, or which screws go with what item and that the predrilled holes for the door hinges do not correspond with the interior shelves. I am not sure if I would purchase these cabinets for my personal use.

Thanks, Paul! We're glad you're pleased with the cabinets. We agree the written instructions could be clearer, and our assembly videos for each collection are much easier to follow. We're not quite sure what you mean regarding the hinge holes and shelves, but we'd be happy to look into it.
