The cabinets are great! Our sales person did a wonderful job listening to our needs and designing the kitchen to be what we needed.

Thank you Donna for the great 5-star review!
Some parts of the order were delivered incomplete and incorrect. I tried to return one piece that we no longer needed because it was incorrect and I couldn’t get a refund. The correct pieces were shipped in a timely manner. For a positive comment, the sales associate was knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I also want to comment that the cabinets are of great quality. It was the order preparation, delivery and flexibility of customer service that wasn’t desirable.

Thank you Hilary for taking the time to write a review It looks like the two items that the freight company lost was reshipped and delivered already. The manufactures usually only accept returns for items delivered within 7 days but please reach out to our customer service team at [email protected] or to your sales rep and we can try to get it approved.
Great quality products, easy to assemble. Unmatched customer service. 10/10 would recommend!

Thank you Renee for the great review!
We are really impressed with our cabinets from your store. Motty did an excellent job of working with us until we had our design the way we wanted it. The cabinets came with one of them damaged and we had our replacement within a week of ordering it. Great job!

Thank you Steve for the great review!
I worked with Phil who was great. We ran into some obstacles that were the fault of JSI cabinets. We had to get a few pieces of hardware via Amazon because the company sent us the wrong hardware twice. Otherwise the kitchens and bathrooms look great.

Thank you Ana for the great 5-star review!
I have been going through the design process for our kitchen. I contacted the company in mid December to determine shipping costs for my $5400 order. I had one pantry cabinet in the order and it added $475 to the free shipping. They suggest that you buy a $25 sample, which made sense. I ordered a sample and it was fine. They must not be planning that I will place an order, as they have refunded the sample cost. I contacted them after the holidays to order, to find out that the price had increased by 20% from my shopping cart, and no offer of free shipping. I didn't expect the price to change that dramatically, with no warning from the company. I seriously doubt that their Asian supplier, raised pricing by 20%. I have found another online supplier for comparable goods, that is less expensive, without the phony stories.

Thank you Malcolm for taking the time to post a review. Cost for product and shipping costs have gone up significantly over the past few months and we delayed the price increase as long as possible, we are currently offering a 10% discount on all orders which lowers the increase to about 8% on the product. We will be refunding you the cost of your sample door. (The customer edited this review after we gave her the sample door refund as a courtesy).
