Boston Office has excellent quantities of stock items. They can locate additional supplies within their national network very efficiently and transfer items into their warehouse quickly. All staff very helpful.

Louise, thank you for your feedback of us, at R.S. Hughes.
RS Hughes provides us with great customer service. They have worked a Vendor Managed Consignment program for us for many years and successfully keep our stocking levels available so our production lines flow without interruption. Pricing is competitive. Quality is high considering the amount of support they provide to keep up in all documentation required for a Medical Device order.

Northern Maine, are sorry for the initial item mix-up. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct the situation for you! We are glad that the final resolution was to your satisfaction!
R.S. Hughes has saved us money and time in supporting our production consumable needs. They worked through to establish our min/max levels so we never run out. If we had a run and needed more as an emergency supply, they have always accommodated us. They help me source items I do not normally stock, even if they do not carry it they assist me in finding these items. WE are continually growing the products that R.S. Hughes maintains for us, they even stock some items, specifically for us. Thank you
