I ordered too much of a product and realized right away that I would need to return some of the order. They were very helpful in providing assistance with the return and crediting my card back the proper amount. I would definitely recommend R.S. Hughes to others as they have great customer service and were easy to work with.

I'm giving this company 5-stars even though the wrong item was shipped to me. And the reason that the wrong item was shipped to me was because the manufacturer, not R.S. Hughes, changed their packaging and product specs without telling anyone. R.S. Hughes was very understanding and accommodating and incredibly courteous when I asked to return the shipment. I could not have asked for a better response.
