Hello Raul, We apologize you felt a lack of urgency with the service you needed and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We reached out to your local branch and it sounds like Sergio has been in communication with you. Your local branch advised your order should arrive tomorrow to the warehouse and than will be shipped out. Please feel free to reach out for any additional questions or concerns. Thank you, R.S. It was somewhat easy to place an order but no way to see past orders or track a current order.

Hello Bill, We are happy to hear it was relatively easy to place an order on our R.S. Hughes website. We apologize you experienced difficulty viewing past orders and tracking current orders. On your account you can view past orders by navigating to "My Account" and selecting on "Order History". You may also view the status of order by selecting on the "Order ID". Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review we will forward this feedback to our team. R.S. Hughes Customer Solutions Team
You should be more honest with your customers instead of saying in stock you should say sorry local warehouse is out of stock but we can get it to you next week instead of tomorrow.

Multiple shipments from different locations and it took much longer than first informed. Customer P.O. was wrong on packing slips and was informed it couldn't be changed. Packing slips on 2 shipments were un-readable.

Told me my order was "suspicious" and only sent me half of what I ordered without ever notifying me that my order was being altered.

Hello Gino, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have reviewed your order it looks like you ordered two items, we sent you the one we had in stock and ordered the second from the manufacturer. Before that order could be delivered the remainder of the order was cancelled at your request since you were able to source the item elsewhere. We apologize for any confusion. R.S.
