I completed and paid for an order. It was subsequently canceled with no explanation. Edited with more info: - 11/21: Order was placed and confirmed - 11/22: Order was canceled. No explanation

I have reached out to the warehouse that was handling your order for more details and I'll follow up with you about this when I have heard back from them regarding the unexpected cancellation of your order. We do our best to notify customers of changes to delivery or fulfillment times, but we don't always hit the mark. You have our apologies for that. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Hughes Customer Solutions Team edit: WP Industrial, I spoke with a Team Member, at the warehouse that accepted your order originally, whom clarified that this order was cancelled due to a discrepancy between the billing address and payment method's address. Our records show that attempts were made to contact you, by phone, to rectify this issue. In such a case, if we are unable to reach the customer within the course of a business week, it is our policy to cancel the order as it is common place for fraudulent orders to have mismatched payment methods and address. Once again, I apologize, because your legitimate order was caught in the crossfire of our policy to safeguard against false orders. In your review you commented that you completed and paid for your order, please double check your payment methods bank statement, as your card should not have been charged in this case. If it has been charged, we will of course help to process a refund for you. Thank you for contacting us here, once again, I'm very sorry that your order was not completed as you expected. R S Hughes is easy to work with. I was able to call and talk to a live person without going through a long phone menu.

Website is easily to navigate and order. Customer service is very good. When the product I order was not available locally, I was immediately contacted and was updated with new shipping information from another location. Great customer service
