We have been using Rover for a few years now and found it s is convenient and reliable. Its easier to trust sitters who have been reviewed by others and are backed by Rover. We recently moved to a new city and was able to fine a great sitter on short notice. Overall, its been a great experience.

I had a great experience using Rover! It was easy to find a sitter, communicate about my pet’s needs, and feel confident while I was away. The whole process was convenient and reassuring, and I appreciated the updates and care.

The customer service is extremely slow. Our dog got a terrible sitter left in two days we paid in pull and no refund. They’re not even willing to help to resolve an issue. Its been one week since the incident and they keep sending same email that we are working on it.

Just happened to discover Rover while looking for options for our dog if we took her on a road trip with us. We were planning a stop in Green Bay for a football game and obviously couldn’t take her there. We read great reviews and even some specific to using the service for watching their dog during a Packers game. So we booked our first Rover and it was a very positive experience! We share the option with our pet owner friends. It’s so convenient and we were very pleased with it. The sitter sent pictures and text updates to ease our minds and keep us informed. Definitely recommend!

Rover connected me quickly with Daniel and had a great experience with Gunnar. I would use Rover in a heartbeat the next time.

Our pet sitter was wonderful from our first interaction to our last! She was dependable, friendly and obviously cares about animals.

Well designed easy to use web pages. Easy payment options. My only complaint would be the number of repeated messages through the app, email and text. I was interviewing more than one pet sitter and receiving the same message in each format for each person was a bit overwhelming.
