Communication is top notch. There is a tremendous amount of information provided for each potential sitter to assist in the selection process. This was the first time I used the rover service and was somewhat nervous about it, they helped me with process.

Dog sitter left our back door wide open. Luckily our new puppy is crate trained and she was locked in there. But what made us most upset was that they lied about it. We have cameras in our home (they knew it too) and still said they did not leave it open. Yet came back to our home after they left.

We found our dogs' godmom on this site and she always cares for them when we are out of town!
