Sara was just wonderful…her priority was keeping our cats safe while we were gone, and that was the most important thing (one of our cats is an escape artist). She was communicative, respectful of our home, and absolutely someone I’ll use again. Thank you, Sara!

Found a lovely caregiver for our grand dog…she had a great space and a perfect set up! Rover is great!

The search feature to find sitters needs work. You can't limit the distance. You can't sort by price. The good: You can see how often they get repeat customers, and the bio gives you an idea on their personality. Still I ruled some out only after a meet and greet. The concept is great.

I have had only good experiences with the pet sitters I have hired through Rover. They have been professional and reliable, and I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with Alexus. She was energetic and confident in dealing with my three dogs. She walked them and played with them, and she had excellent communication. I was able to relax on vacation because I felt that my dogs were well cared for.

Rover is fantastic! The fact that they perform background checks on their pet sitters relieved me so much. Also, their website/application was easy to navigate, and I was able to quickly locate a great pet sitter in my area. I felt confident in my choice of sitter, and she did a great job caring for our furbabies! Would highly recommend their services to anyone.

It was super easy to book a local sitter. Heather was wonderful and took good care of my cat. She sent detailed messages about his eating and litter box use which was really reassuring.
