My cat requires a special feeding schedule. With Rover I was able to easily and quickly find a local boarder who would take care of my cat's special need so that I could go on vacation without worry.

I had a last minute request and was given a few names of available sitters and received a quick response from the two that I contacted. Very happy with the one that I chose and would definitely use her again.

The concept is good however I have never had an easy ride when booking a dog sitter. Recently I had 3 sitters cancel last minute which was extremely frustrating and when booking, despite putting the location I would be staying in on the request the sitters were notified of my home location which confused the issue. The help desk were very unhelpful in trying to rectify this. I think you should be able to advertise what you want and sitters apply to you, maybe that would work better.

Multiple pet sitters to choose from also the reviews of each pet sitter were very informative. The pet sitters that we narrowed it down to were very communicative. The pet sitter we decided to use was very good and we will use her again.

Very easy to use

This was a negative experience. Buyer Beware. Company is dysfunctional as far as their communication and cares more about making a profit than vetting pet sitters.

Audrina is our Kitty Sitter of choice! We like her and our kitty, Amy Poehler, loves her! She takes her job very seriously and we trust her implicitly!
