Clear communication between sitter and me. I wish the message system was better. It is kinda slow.

I have use Rover twice now in the last 12 months and I can tell you from experience, it has been great. Both Hailey and Shyanne were amazing! They carried themselves with professionalism and went above and beyond to assure us that our girl was well taken care of and in good hands. That kind of peace of mind is priceless when you’re away and missing your animal! They were both punctual regarding our agreed upon schedule and provided lots of pictures during each visit. They really tried to capture our Reese’s happiness and I think they did a wonderful job. They also provided details concerning each visit like how many pee and poop breaks were taken and where they walked. If you are looking for professional and reliable people to look after your fur babies, look no further.

I had a great sitter, Jada. Rover's communication was excellent. If you need to communicate with Rover, it is good. Paying for services is very easy. A good selection of sitters if they want a job!

I have never left my fur babies alone overnight with anyone except for with family twice. I needed a last minute dog sitter and I used Rover! I connected with Jessica G, and my dogs loved her! She was great, sent me pictures and they looked so calm and happy! I actually need someone to just drop in and I’m going to try to book her again! Rover gives you so many options. I just found one young lady I really like! Great 1st experience that will make me a repeat customer!

First experience and it was great! Our sitter was so good with our puppy and we are booking another trip. Rover app was simple to use and everything went exactly as it should.

After being polite and friendly to my face, the sitter gave a scathing review of me, my home and my adorable dog that was full of lies, distortions and half-truths. He had on his profile that he had experience with senior dogs and was fine giving medicine. When my dog got sick leaving, he was clearly resentful of having a senior dog on his hands who unexpectedly required medicine.

Great app. Found the best pet sitter near me in Clinton, MD named Kimberly. She went above and beyond on taking care of of my large Dogo Argentine. This app is awesome and tech friendly with a couple of challenges for a non tech person but overall I would definitely recommend.
