I couldn't be happier at the level of expertise and care for customer satisfaction that I received tonight. Mr Cooper screwed up my last payment when they transfered my account and were no help and couldn't care when I called them to resolve it but Rosa here at RoundPoint was more than happy to help and went above and beyond to resolve my issue and assure me it would be taken care of in a timely fashion. THANK YOU SOO MUCH!

I had to call numerous times! I could not get a password to work! Finally spoke to a person she rated a 5 star! She got it all fixed. When I was going to leave a review on the phone your machine hung up! Here is a clue if you call to inquire about logging on to your site. Try it for the experince. You get push 1 to pay I needed 3! The first thing the machine asked if I want to make a payment! AFTER pushing 3

I've only been with the company for 2 months and by far it is the worst mortgage company I've ever experienced in my life.
