The agent that helped me anticipated my questions and assisted me in getting a mortgage payoff letter. He answered my questions and ones that I did not even know I needed to ask. It was a great experience and he did a great job.

This company SUCKS! They are the 3rd company to service my mortgage in 3 years. Out of the blue they are demanding an additional $26/ month as a cushion...WTH? I've not missed a mortgage payment in 38 years, and have a credit score of 840. Pure money grab.

My loan got purchased by Roundpoint Mortgage. I have a question and needed to talk to a customer Service agent. I tried calling multiple times and NONE of the options suited my needs and I could not get an agent on the phone. Could not get any help. Very bad customer service. I hate your phone system.

I was listening in when my husband spoke to Alex this morning. He was knowledgeable, polite, patient, and friendly! Some of our previous phone calls weren’t nearly as helpful as the one with Alex. Thank you!
