Dear Customer, We are truly sorry to hear about this experience, and we completely understand your frustration – we would feel the same way in your shoes. First of all, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience. We also apologize if our customer service response came across as dismissive – that was never our intention, and we should have handled this with more care and empathy. We take delivery issues very seriously. While the tracking shows "delivered," we absolutely believe you when you say it never arrived, especially since you've checked your Ring camera and confirmed nothing was there. This is not the kind of experience we want any of our customers to have. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number, and we will make this right for you immediately. We truly value your business and hope you will give us the chance to resolve this to your satisfaction. Sincerely, RORRY
