I wasn’t happy with which dose would be prescribed so I wrote back and canceled immediately, I received a text saying it was canceled and that I would see the money returned to my bank account within seven days or something similar. I just looked at my bank account and I was charged and it has not been refunded.!!!!

The process was pretty quick and had the shipment within 2 days of initial contact. Very internet centric...no telehealth video or call. However, I think their pricing is deceiving...when I signed up for the Zepbound Kwik Pen, I was charged $39 and I thought this was the introductory price for the pen...oh Heck No...this was just the "monthly membership" you have to have to get the prescription. After my prescription was approved, I was charged another $299 for the medicine...which I was fine with, but the $39 was not credited and the $39 turns into $149 next month!!! So, if I continue "their plan" my monthly bill will be $448 per month. PURE CASH GRAB...GO TO LILLY DIRECT AND ONLY PAY THE $299 PER MONTH PEOPLE!! That is what they do not want you to know. The only thing you get for the "membership" is a Doctor that approves every patient in my best guess. Hoping the Zep works and I will switch to LillyDirect.com. Good Luck in your journeys!!

I gotta say they did exactly what they said. They would do pretty impressive nasty aftertaste mind you but the results are worth it.

I received pills when i was supposed to receive pen. Preferred Zep pen.

I don’t like the way the pricing is fooled. It said it was $39 and then 149. Meanwhile I’m paying more than that.

Hi Carmen! I sorry for the confusion with our pricing. There are 2 separate payments: 1. Ro Body Program (Access to licensed providers, RN coaches and ongoing care) 2. Medication fee (these fees vary depending on the medication and your preferred payment method - cash pay or through insurance). When getting started on the Ro Body membership, you’ll pay a one-time $39 fee. This covers your health assessment to see if you’re clinically eligible for treatment. You won’t be charged again unless you're approved for treatment and a prescription is sent to the pharmacy. After you’re approved for treatment, you will pay the $149/mo Ro Body membership fee.
