I was in need of some RFID readers and Richard Logis provided me with the assistance and knowledge of a real professional. He walked me through every stage of the process and kept me informed on the progress of the order up until I received it.

I ordered 2 printers 7 days ago and have not received a shipping notification. Unlike other online retail operations, I feel in the dark about my order. Not purchasing with this company before, and never heard about them before, I'm beginning to be skeptical about my buying experience. Even when I order items from China, I at least get a notification that the order is processing. I hope this company proves me wrong. The only corispondance I've received was a link to this survey, so as they asked; I'm leaving a review. I'm not happy that my item hasn't shipped in 7 days and I'm not happy with zero communication about my order. The buying experience was pleasant though.

Only one phone call and they helped track order and get it to us the next business day. Very responsive customer service.

I have already placed 7 orders with this supplier. I have appreciated the competitive pricing and the availability of live support when needed. I recently had a problem with the web site not displaying order status information. Richard took my information about the issue and followed up regularly to see if it was completely resolved (yes it was). Any site can have a web issue. These guys will work with you to be sure it is resolved. I have also noticed that Richard can find items even when the web site is showing "out of stock". So, give him a call if you really need it and want some assistance finding it. Steve S/Purchasing

What started as the sign of a problem...SDK download that had "shipping" charges attached...was fixed easily and cheerfully by the RFL team...and they cruised to the finish line. Richard and team were a pleasure to work with and are definitely out to work hard and win your business.

The repair process of (2) MC65 hand held devices, was handled expertly. Devices were returned within a week, all working flawlessly!

I work in the transportation and logistics industry. In a time where enterprise mobility is transitioning away from Windows Mobile, Rich presented me with a cutting edge solution - the TC55. After having gone to national conferences, I learned that we were one of the first courier fleets in America to adopt the TC55. I had courier software companies asking me tor one of them to validate their software platform. But enough of supplying hardware. What actually sold me wasn't the price (though Rich earned my business through this avenue as well). What sold me, as I told the competitor's boss who lost the account, was RIch's genuine intrigue into my business, not just as a sale. What keeps me as a customer is his follow up and continued support. If I have an issue, he responds, takes imitative, and creates resolve. With RJL as my technology integrator, I know and believe that I will be provided with state-of-the-art technology and a support team that will be there when I need them.

Very pleasant people to work with and will try and get you the best deals. And a very good company!
