This was the easiest experience ever! This company is very professional and they communicated with me every step of the way. They even followed up to make sure that I had sent in the phone. The check came within a week of their receipt of the phone. If I hadn't found exchangemyphone, then I would be holding onto an iPhone worth money for years. I don't know how many phones that I have saved because I didn't know what to do with the. I am really happy that I found them and I would recommend all my friends and family.

I found Exchangemy phone through a Google search and set up to mail in my phone. They claim to pay you within 24 hours of receipt of the phone. They sent me an envelope and I sent it the next day. A couple weeks later I had to write in to find out where the payment was. I don't believe the payment was done within 24 hours but in the end it didn't matter and they paid me.

I love the experience! I thought it was too good to be true, but Wow!.... I'm already spreading the word about this company. Thanks!
