Thank you for the equipment

I haven’t been able to use it. It came with missing parts. Missing rubber pads for the weight carrier. Missing handles for the cables. I haven’t finished building it cause I’m missing the pads.

All of my equipment was perfect, and I got the rubber weights they are super nice especially for the price, all of my stuff came quickly, and I had 2 small issues both on my end and they responded to my email within the hour with a solution, amazing customer service.

I purchased an adjustable fid bench from rit fit, the bench is solid and stable with a wide back pad. There was a minor issue with my order and the RitFit team resolved it quickly, I would make another purchase from them and would recommend them to others.

Majority of items shipped quick! Easy to assemble everything and the plates look very good quality!!

That work out station was promptly shipped and received. It was easy to setup and we had a good work out this morning.

the products came in rusted. the boxes were damaged. some of the parts did not fit on the machine.

Great service everything got here intact , the cables are amazing , the smith is amazing , overall amazing ,
